A couple weeks ago, Novi found out that her cancer has returned and she is now facing the unimaginable reality that her time here is limited. All proceeds from the Slow Flow class will be going to Novi’s adventures as well as helping her manage the pain in her body with acupuncture, reiki, and massages.
